Excel Techno Services (ETS) is a pioneer in providing design and manufacturing solutions for all tool room products. Their expertise lies in the manufacturing of Wax Injection Moulds for Investment Casting Foundries, Plastic Injection Moulds, Fixtures for manufacturing and inspection, Gauges, and Precision machining of components.
Till 2018, ETS was experiencing frequent breakdowns, electronics damage, and downtime in their VMC machines due to input side voltage impurities.
In 2018, TSi Power introduced them to IGBT based Static Voltage Regulator with Precision (VRP) which is the ideal solution for powering high-end electronic equipment in mission-critical applications that critically depend on instantly & precisely regulated power, free of all voltage disturbances viz: voltage sags, spikes, surges & HF noises.
Upon understanding the various benefits that TSi-VRP could provide them with its unique and cutting-edge technology, ETS decided to install 2nos. of TSi-VRPs on their Jyoti VMC 850 and Ace Micromatic VMC 540 machines.
It has been over 2.5 years and till now ETS hasn’t faced any power-related issues in their VMC machines being powered by TSi-VRP. These machines are running flawlessly and ETS has observed a sharp increase in their overall productivity.
They are extremely satisfied with TSi-VRP’s Static Voltage Regulation technology and its performance on their VMC Machines.
