TSi’s PWM Static Power Conditioner is the ideal solution for powering high-end electronic equipment in mission-critical applications across all electronic machines, which critically depend on instantly & precisely regulated power, free of all voltage disturbances viz: voltage sags, spikes, surges, transients & noises.
Before 2014, SMPL was using servo stabilizers and was constantly facing many power-quality issues which consequently resulted in the failure of all of their high-end electronic machinery. All of this was causing them huge losses in production and at the same time adversely affected their overall productivity.
From 2014 onwards, SMPL has gradually installed TSi’s Static Voltage Regulator with Precision i.e. TSi-VRP on their BFW Dhruva 4050, HAAS Vf2/Vfi, DMG Dmu50 Evolution, Star Sliding head, BFW BMY 50, Tsugami S206 Sliding head, Hanwha XE20H, HAAS ST10Y Turn-mill, and Tsugami M08SY Turn-mill machines.
Over the last 7 years, they have gradually installed 17nos. of TSi-VRPs on all of their sensitive electronic machinery.
