A decade ago, developing economies of Asia & Africa suffered from poor power quality due to a lack of adequate investments in strong power distribution networks. The problem became bigger with the advent of electronic machinery that needed a cleaner power supply. The market was overcrowded with old, obsolete technologies of power conditioning that did very little to solve the problem. The market needed the right technology. Above all, it needed someone to take the lead. TSi Power was born with this vision.
In 2011, TSi Power, India was founded as a joint venture with TSI Power, USA. The dream was to bring the latest and best in power conditioning technology to these developing economies.
In more than a decade, we have grown into one of the world’s most trusted organisations for power conditioning technologies.

Rajesh boasts almost 50+ years of industrial expertise, with almost 30 years in power conditioning. He graduated from IIT Kanpur, India in 1976 and in that era too, he always had an underlying motivation to start up his own venture. With many years of work in the corporate and SME industry, he took the leap of faith at the age of 57 and TSi Power, India was born. But none of these are the reason for TSi's consistent growth. It is his leadership which makes all the difference. His experience spans sales, product development, production and he has cultivated a culture of ownership, independence and problem solving.
With 50 years of experience in the power conditioning industry, Peter is a three-time founder. He is the founder of TSi Power Corporation, USA and has been the guiding force in the joint venture between USA and Indian entities. His electrical engineering background from Sweden has driven the technology transfer and guided the Indian company. An expert author on global power quality, he excels in power solutions for developing countries and he's a sought-after consultant in the telecom sector.
Umesh, a successful entrepreneur, with almost 40+ years of diverse business expertise in petroleum products, real estate, and electrical appliances. As a co-founder and a board member, he brings important business inputs at the board level.
Ashish Mittal is an accomplished electrical engineer and an alumnus of the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad, bringing over two decades of expertise in the power conditioning industry. A visionary leader and one of the founding stakeholders of TSi Power-India, Ashish has been instrumental in shaping the company’s operational and strategic direction. With extensive experience in global developing markets, Ashish has been instrumental in expanding TSi Power’s presence in international markets and optimizing its technology to meet the unique needs of the industries. His leadership combines deep industry knowledge with an openness to innovation, making him a key driver of TSi Power’s growth and adaptability in an ever-evolving industry landscape.
