ABOUT THE CUSTOMER:
Ordnance Factory Bhusawal (OFBH) is one of the 41 manufacturing units under Ordnance Factory Board, Kolkata under the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Government of India. They are leaders in ammunition packaging.
CONTEXT:
We participated in a bid released by the Ordnance Factory, Bhusawal, a few months ago, in 2024. Since were not the lowest bidder, the order was awarded to another company.
CUSTOMER PROBLEM:
Three months later, the Ordnance Factory contacted us because the stabilizer procured from the other company did not meet their requirement.
THE TSi SOLUTION:
We again submitted our quotation, and they issued us a special purchase order. Proudly serving them since.
