ABOUT THE CUSTOMER:
Ador India is part of the 110‑year‑old Ador Group and operates through Ador Powertron and its divisions across hydrogen power, clean-air systems, battery testing, EV charging, traffic enforcement, defence, surveillance, and software innovation. They design, manufacture and deploy engineered solutions to fulfil their mission – to make India smarter, cleaner and more secure.
CONTEXT:
A few months ago, we received an enquiry from Ador India. We sent out our quotation but soon learned that the order had been awarded to another brand at half our price.
A week later, we happened to visit Ador’s facility in Pune where we got a chance to discuss TSi Power’s technology, expertise and work culture with them. Soon after, we received the same enquiry again, and thus began our work to solving our customer’s problem.
CUSTOMER PROBLEM:
Ador had a challenging project with specific requirements intended for defense and mission-critical applications.
THE TSi SOLUTION:
We developed our first prototype for inspection and the Ador team visited us for the inspection. With their feedback and collaboration, within a week our protoype was successfully ready. We manufactured two additional prototypes and submitted them for further inspections. These prototypes passed all environmental tests, including:
– Vibration Test
– Thermal Test (conducted in a chamber for 48 hours at a temperature of +55°C)
RESULT:
Following these successful tests, we received an order for 14 additional units…and are optimistic about even more projects in the future.
