M/s Emco Dynatorq Pvt. Ltd. is into manufacturing of electromagnetic brakes from 4Nm – 5000 Nm and above, flame-proof brakes, clutches, clutch-brake combinations, rectifiers, etc. They have multiple plants located in Gujarat & Maharashtra.
In 2014, our team visited Emco Dynatorq’s plant in Vadodara, Gujarat, and introduced them to our IGBT based PWM Static Voltage Regulator with Precision (VRP) which was best suited for powering their CNC machines, HMC machines, furnaces, etc. as it is the ideal solution for powering high-end electronic equipment in mission-critical applications across all electronic machines, which critically depend on instantly & precisely regulated power, free of all voltage disturbances viz: voltage sags, surges, transients & noises.
A team of experts from Emco Dynatorq then visited our factory to check the performance of our equipment, its quality, our testing setup, etc., and decided to give us an order for the first unit.
Seeing its exceptional performance, over the years they have procured more units from us. Now they have in total 13 nos. of TSi-VRPs running in their plant.
They have installed TSi-VRP on their 4 nos. of DMG make turn-mill machines, 2 nos. of DMG & MAZAK make HMC machines, 2 nos. of UCAM make CNC gear hobbing machines, 2 nos. of MAZAK make multitasking integrex machines, 2 nos. of nitriding furnaces and 1 no. of the stress-relieving furnace.
In these 6 years, they have not faced any maintenance related issues with TSi-VRP.
They are extremely satisfied with our unique IGBT Based PWM Static Voltage Regulation Technology and the unparallel performance of TSi-VRP which is why today, all their modern high-end machines and furnaces are protected by TSi-VRP.
Interestingly, even at the residence of their Managing Director, his high-end music system is powered by TSi-VRP.
